Years ago when the Internet was new we received more orders via mail than online orders. Over the years we've watched online orders increase while mail orders decreased, to the point that all our orders are Online and occasionally phoned in. Online orders are instant, phoned in are usually done within minutes, mail is several weeks and no one wants to wait that long. Knowing this we have discontinued mail orders, why support an option no one uses. Any concerns please email support@timersoft.com
